Health Equity Summit 2025 – Tuesday, 25 November, Brent

North West London ICS is proud to host the Health Equity Summit 2025, a day-long gathering of senior leaders, clinicians, community partners, and stakeholders committed to tackling health inequalities across our boroughs.

This year’s theme, Delivering Health Equity through the Lens of Neighbourhood Health, reflects our collective ambition to embed equity into every level of care, starting with the communities we serve. The summit will spotlight innovative approaches, lived experiences, and collaborative strategies that are helping reshape health outcomes for our Core20Plus5 communities.

Health Equity Awards

The summit will also host the ICS Health Equity Awards, honouring individuals and organisations making a real difference in reducing health inequalities. Nominations closed at noon on 31 October, with over 90 submissions received.
