Monthly summaries of how we have involved local residents and communities are now being published. Our involvement strategy commits us to working with local people and using their insights to develop our plans and strategies for health services in North West London.
Rory Hegarty, Executive Director of Communications and Involvement, said:
“Our involvement team spoke with 893 residents at 21 separate events during June. We also reached thousands of people via our digital communications and involvement work.
“The monthly report reflects both the reach of our involvement strategy and some of the key things we heard from local people in June. This includes the feedback from our survey on women’s health, our Measles campaign and experience of maternity services in Harrow, among many other things. It’s important we do all we can to reach and hear from as many of our residents as possible.”
After this month, these reports will replace our monthly insight reports. A more detailed report on what we are hearing from communities will be produced quarterly.
