We are inviting NW London residents to have their say on community ophthalmology (eye) services in NW London.
The request is part of review we have put in place to make sure that patients have equitable access to community ophthalmology (eye) services in NW London.
People can take part by attending on of our online sessions, face to face meetings or by completing our online survey.
