The annual Joint Forward Plan (JFP) 2025/26 for health and care services in North West London has been published.
All integrated care systems (ICSs) are required to publish an annual JFP, setting out their key programmes of work and actions over the next five years. This year’s plan – builds on the objectives and priorities we set out last year.
It should be noted that ‘Joint’ in this case refers to integrated care boards (ICBs) and their partner NHS trusts, and not the NHS and local authorities.
