These courses are designed to develop knowledge and skills relating to specialist analytical functions and insights that enable consistent and comprehensive support to both local and ICS-wide reporting and decision-making.

Engagement courses

These courses are designed to focus-on open conversations with communities and groups who are experiencing inequalities. They will help build engagement approaches into your project work and champion the need for engagement with colleagues and partners.

Leadership and facilitation courses

These courses focus on open conversations with those communities and cohorts who are experiencing inequalities.  The aims are to build confidence, leadership and facilitation approaches into your project work. They will provide a foundation-level understanding of:

  • best practice examples of how to lead and facilitate meaningful conversations
  • skills and tools to support active listening and communication
