Let’s get thinking about dying – join a Royal Trinity Hospice event

25 April 2023

Hospice UK’s Dying Matters Week takes place on 8-12 May 2023. It is an opportunity to get us all thinking about death.

Royal Trinity Hospice, a charity which offers palliative care services across parts of North West London, are holding an online public webinar at 12-12.45 on Wednesday 10 May 2023. It is called ‘Words of wisdom: What dying can teach us about living well’.

This webinar will explore insights and wisdom found by Royal Trinity Hospice staff through their work in close proximity with patients and their families at a highly personal and individualised time in their lives. Sign up here.

There will also be an in-person event at the Mulberry Room at the Royal Trinity Hospice at 13-16.00 on Tuesday 9 May. The ‘Sit & Paint with The Ubele Initiative’ will offer a reflective and meaningful experience where participants will be guided through the process of expressing grief through art. Find details and register here.

Hammersmith and Fulham residents are invited to attend an event specifically organised for residents of the borough by Royal Trinity Hospice and NHS NW London. Find out more about an event that takes place in White City at 10-13.00 on Thursday 11 May. It includes two sessions, ‘Compassionate Conversations’ and ‘the Power of Planning Ahead’.
