Nominations are now closed

Celebrating those helping people in NW London to have a fair opportunity to be as healthy as possible.
These awards are our way of recognising those people who are working so hard to make a difference – big or small – to reducing health inequalities. This is an important part of sharing successes across NW London and seeing how we can all learn from them.
You can nominate yourself, your team or someone you know. We want to celebrate those who have:
- removed a barrier to achieving better health and wellbeing in a specific population
- undertaken work to better understand barriers that exist for our community
- gone above and beyond in caring for those who are disadvantaged demographically, socially, or economically.
- worked in partnership with a specific community to address health inequalities
How to nominate
Fill out the form on our website by 12 October 2023.
Nominations must be for work which has happened since July 2022 (launch of NW London health inequalities strategy).
The process
Our panel will meet to review all nominations w/c 16 October. Shortlisted nominations will be contacted later that week and invited to attend the awards ceremony at our 2023 Health Equity Summit in the afternoon of Tuesday 24 October.
