The latest communications and involvement summary is now available, highlighting how we are continuing to listen to and connect with residents across all boroughs in north west London
In July, more than 1000 local residents across north west London took part in community engagement events, including conversation cafés, housing roadshows, health checks, and educational sessions. Key discussions focused on mental health, GP access, NHS 10 year plan, NHS App, screening awareness and navigating NHS services. Feedback from residents highlighted the importance of clear communication, culturally sensitive care and support for using digital tools to manage health.
