Local people across North West London are being asked what is important to them as the NHS and its partners look to develop community-based specialist palliative care services for adults that deliver high quality care and excellent patient experience.
This year self-care week is taking place from the 15-21 November. Self-Care Week is an annual awareness week that focuses on embedding support for self-care across communities. The theme this year is Practise Self-Care for Life. Self-care is the actions that individuals take in order to develop, protect, maintain and improve their health, wellbeing or wellness.
The new ICS Chief Executive, Rob Hurd, has identified improving quality of life and tackling inequality in North West London as key priorities when he takes up his position in January.
