We are holding a series of webinars especially aimed at people from ethnic minorities, as we want make sure their voice is heard as we look to develop services for adults that meet all of our diverse communities needs and provide high quality care and good patient experience when they are on their journey to the end of their life.

that is provided in your home, in a hospice or a health centre in the first instance. Your feedback will play an important part in helping us make sure our services better meet your needs.
