Our January and February  community insight reports are now available. They provide a summary of what residents and communities are telling us in each of our eight boroughs.

We will take notice of residents’ feedback and insights, passing them on to the relevant programmes, boroughs and services. In the near future, we will publish our first insight review, summarising what our communities have told us over the last few months and what we are doing as a result.

We would like to thank our residents, communities and partner organisations  who have given us their feedback and views over recent months. Understanding people’s experiences of using healthcare services is  vital to our continued efforts to improve them.

Monthly community insight reports set out what our communities across North West London are telling us. The insight reports reflect our emerging involvement strategy, including our commitment to community outreach. The strategic approach and targeting is agreed at borough level, in line with the NW London ICS involvement strategy.

The community insights are gathered by our engagement teams, other colleagues,  local authority (borough) and voluntary sector partners and Healthwatch organisations, who are all out and about on a daily basis talking to residents about what is important to them and seeking their views on health and care services.
