World Mental Health Day - 10 October

On Tuesday it is World Mental Health Awareness Day.

Every Mind Matters announced a campaign to encourage everyone to find your little big thing to improve your mental health.

This could be as simple as taking a walk in nature, prioritising our sleep or opening up to a friend. Our little thing, if we keep doing it, will make a big difference to how we feel.

We would like to remind staff that there is support available if you need help with your mental health.
