NHS North West London, in partnership with local authorities and NHS provider trusts in our area, has an extensive outreach programme to hear from local residents and communities. This includes discussions in all eight boroughs, some on specific topics, and conversations via organised public events and social media.
Every month, we publish a summary of what local people have told us. These insights are shared with system leaders in the NHS and local government across North West London and with each of our boroughs and programmes. As set out in our involvement strategy, the insights are published and shared so that they can inform and shape our thinking on health and care services across North West London.
The outreach is complemented by focused work with particular communities and or on particular topics such as experience around cancer screening or NHS service change, which we will develop further in the months ahead.
