Over the next few months the NW London CSPC Model of Care Working Group will finalise its work and we will start to look at developing the long-list of options.
We want your help in developing the long-list of options for delivery of the model of care and members of the public and other stakeholders will be invited to come forward with their suggestions.
We will be holding engagement meetings at a local and a NW London level where we will be able to discuss where we have got to so far and provide feedback.
Detalls on how you can provide feedback and give suggestions for long list of options will be published shortly
