Participant’s provided a number of comments including:
- Need good pain control
- Problem if assigned nurse is sick
- Not enough staff
- Not good enough dealing with emergencies so people go to hospital
- Suggested that we develop training for families and carers to help support training. Otherwise they just pick it up when can
- Palliative care is important when supporting families and carers to cope
