Clinical pathways

The clinical pathways transformation programme supports standardisation of clinical pathways and quality improvement to reduce variation and improve sustainability of radiology imaging services working with clinical groups across NW London and RM Partners Cancer Alliance. We have a number of groups including early adopter groups, modality groups and clinical specialty groups. Areas of focus currently are primary care pathways, a network reporting group to repatriate additional reporting for outsource providers and standardisation of outsource provision.
