The request for change (RFC) form can be used to request new dashboard, enhancements to dashboards or new data feeds.
The RFC should be filled in and emailed back to the WSIC Dashboard team at nhsnwl.wsicsupport@nhs.net
The WSIC team will send an acknowledgement email to the requestor with the confirmation of the next steps
