Our team:

Sarah-Jane Newbigging.jpeg

My name is Sarah-Jane Newbigging and I have been working with the NWL ICS since April 2022 leading on the Recruitment of the Reservist programme. I have worked for the NHS since 2001 and returned following a 6 year career break in 2021 to the COVID-19 programme covering Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Norfolk. I live in Cambridge and have worked previously in Medical Staffing for a Mental Health Trust and before that Royal Papworth Hospital and an NHS Shared Support Service.  Working for these different NHS Trusts has given me invaluable experience as to how different aspects of the NHS work and I hope allows me to share my knowledge when needed.

Katarzyna Horbacz.jpeg

My name is Katarzyna Horbacz and I am delighted to be part of the North West London Workforce Programmes.

I started my NHS career in a vaccination centre as an administrator. I liked helping people, so I knew I wanted to upskill and try myself within different roles in the NHS.  Now I’m part of amazing projects, such as C19 and Reservists working in the HR and Recruitment Team and also doing my Level 2 in Payroll as an apprentice.

My name is Luwam Sium and I am one of the Workforce Coordinators for the C19 Mass Vaccination Programme. My journey started 2 years ago in this project as an Administrator. It has been great to be part of a team that has made sure our sites have been filled with adequate staff to support the teams vaccinating the public. I have experience working for a few trusts within the NHS and it is a pleasure to work for a project that is supporting the local communities.
