The Purpose of the Hounslow Borough Based Partnership Patient and Public Engagement Committee is to give Patients, Carers, and the wider Public of Hounslow the opportunity to inform the committeeHounslow Borough Based Partnership about their experiences of using Health and Care Services.
The Hounslow Borough Based Partnership Patient and Public Engagement Committee is regarded as a key focal point for local engagement and consultations, preferably at the very outset of the process, and maintained throughout.
Crucial to delivering effective and meaningful engagement, it will be our ability to demonstrate how people’s feedback and comments are used to inform the decisions made by the CCG to improve patient outcomes. We commit to making this part of the way we operate, and will seek to review the impact that new services and initiatives have on the health and wellbeing of our communities.
Meetings are held online via Microsoft Teams on Tuesday’s from 10am – 12pm every six weeks. Agendas are created in partnership with the community, charities and voluntary groups, and each meeting features an open space for questions.
