We would like to hear your thoughts and views on the NHS so that it is the best it can be when you need it! Have you had a past experience you would like to share or any ideas on how we can make our services better?
We’d like to invite you to attend the first ever online NHS North West London Residents’ Forum, which takes place on Wednesday 27th July from 6pm to 7:30pm.
The meeting will be taking place every 3 months and will be an opportunity for you to guide and oversee our approach to services. We want to work with local people as a newly established integrated care system (ICS).
Each Forum will be chaired by a local resident and have clinical representation, to guide the discussion of work programmes across the ICS, such as palliative care or diabetes. We will be encouraging you to have an input to the types of discussions taking place prior to the meeting.
There will be breakout sessions for each borough, to allow open and honest conversations to take place about what you feel is working well when accessing services provided by the NHS - and what isn’t.
At the end of the session there will be an open discussion so that we can find out your views and the key themes and insight will help to shape our ongoing ICS work and development.
