The North West London Population Health Management and Health Equity Academy is a training and development hub for health and care staff working across NW London and North Central London.
There is a variety of courses and resources available to staff from all services, and for all skills and experience levels; from absolute beginners looking for introductory materials to those who have lots of knowledge and are looking for more depth or specific support.
Our Academy offer is arranged over 4 learning domains with access to resources and self-directed learning that you can work through at your own pace and time, as well as training opportunities delivered in groups and led by an subject matter expert

Our health equity analytical courses and resources are designed to develop knowledge and skills relating to specialist analytical functions and insights that enable consistent and comprehensive support to both local and ICS-wide reporting and decision-making.
Our health equity co-production courses focus on building the confidence to build co-production into their project work and champion the need for co-production with colleagues and partners.
Our health equity engagement courses are designed to focus-on open conversations with communities and groups who are experiencing inequalities. They will help build engagement approaches into your project work and champion the need for engagement with colleagues and partners.
Our health equity leadership and facilitation courses focus on open conversations with those communities and cohorts who are experiencing inequalities. The aims are to build confidence, leadership and facilitation approaches into your project work.
Our Population Health Management aligned training and resources build skills and knowledge and support the effective delivery of Population Health Management. These courses and resources may not specifically fit within the identified 5 Population Health Management domains.
Our health equity value-based care and ICS economics courses and resources focus-on studying the impact of your tested ideas using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
