In NW London these are the eight local borough based partnerships who deliver the strategy. These partnerships include can include local authorities, primary care, community care, mental health, acute trusts and the voluntary sector.
Each partnership is collaborating at borough level to tackle local challenges, improve the health and wellbeing of the local population and reduce the health inequalities that exist within their borough.
