What is the difference between providing feedback, raising a concern and making a complaint
If you have a worry or question about your GP practice, you can provide feedback or raise a concern by contacting us so we can resolve it quickly. Concerns are usually informal and sorted as soon as possible, while complaints follow the NHS Complaints Procedure and require a formal response.
