A new provider for patients of Mollison Way Practice, Burnley Practice and Sudbury Surgery

The contract held between NHS England and three providers, which currently provide General Practice (GP) services at three GP practices in north west London, are ending on 31 October 2026.

The GP practices are the Mollison Way Practice in Harrow, Burnley Practice in Brent and Sudbury Surgery in Brent.

This means that NHS North West London, the organisation that plans NHS services for the system, is now looking for a new provider to deliver GP services to patients from November 2026 across both of these individual practices.

As part of this process, NHS North West London’s involvement team are supporting the organisation in collecting feedback from patients and residents enrolled with both practices, to shape the procurement process.

There is a questionnaire which you can access to share your feedback. Physical paper copies questionnaire will be available within both GP practices and should you want a paper copy please request by emailing nhsnwl.lon-nw-pcc@nhs.net.

There will also be a face-to-face public engagement session and an online public engagement session, facilitated by NHS North West London’s involvement and contracts team. These will be drop in sessions where the teams can provide more information on the process and ensure that patient and resident feedback is incorporated into the procurement process.

The dates and joining details for these public engagement sessions, and a frequently asked questions (FAQ) document are included in the respective sections for each practice below.
