Has your child missed out on vaccinations at school? Book in at a catch-up clinic near you

Children are offered vaccinations in school to reduce their risk of becoming seriously ill from common illnesses like flu, measles, polio, tetanus and more.

All vaccines given in the UK are rigorously tested to ensure they are safe and effective and are offered to children at an age when they are likely to be exposed to specific diseases. A full breakdown of the North West London school age immunisation service is available on our website.

For children who missed the chance to have their vaccinations in school, there are catch-up clinics across north west London so your child can get the long-lasting protection they need ahead of the holiday season.

Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL) Immunisation catch-up clinics

CNWL Child Immunisation Service is running additional clinics for those children who missed the following immunisations at school:

  • Children's flu vaccine (flu) for children from reception-age to year 11)
  • MMR vaccine (measles, mumps and rubella) for primary school children
  • 4-in-1 pre-school booster vaccine (tetanus, diphtheria, whooping cough and polio) for children aged 3 years and 4 months
  • HPV vaccine (human papillomavirus – certain types can increase the risk of cancer) for children aged 12 – 13
  • 3-in-1 teenage booster vaccine (tetanus, diphtheria and polio) for children aged 14
  • MenACWY vaccine (meningitis and septicaemia) for children aged 14.    

They will be running clinics across multiple boroughs:

Brent

    • 16:00-17:00 on Tuesday 19 December 2023
