Kilburn Park Medical Centre’s new premises – opening soon

3 June 2025

A fantastic new medical facility for residents in south Kilburn is opening to patients in June. After several years of planning and development, patients will soon be welcomed into the new Kilburn Park Medical Centre at 6 Mile Walk, Kilburn.

This purpose-built modern health facility is a joint project between NHS NW London and Brent Council, built by Countryside.

The centre will provide a modern environment for patients to be seen and treated.

Germaine Brand, business partner for the practice said: “All the staff are delighted to be moving to this brilliant new facility and we can’t wait to welcome patients through the doors.”

Cllr Neil Nerva, Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care, Public Health and Leisure at Brent council said: “This is fantastic news for Kilburn residents who deserve the best possible health and care facilities and services to meet their needs. I’m pleased the council has been instrumental in leveraging funding from regeneration projects in the area to pay for this great new community facility.”

Nick Churcher, Managing Director of Countryside Partnerships West London who developed the site said: “We’re delighted to be celebrating this key milestone in the regeneration of South Kilburn and rebuilding of Peel Precinct. The new Kilburn Park Medical Centre provides a vital community facility at the heart of the area, located on the newly opened Peel Plaza and demonstrates our ongoing commitment to deliver high quality new facilities for the people of South Kilburn.”

Patients registered with Kilburn Park Medical Centre will be contacted ahead of the move to the new site, which is just down the road. Patients will not need to do anything differently in terms of contacting the practice, all contact numbers and online details will remain the same.

Residents in the catchment area of the practice who are interested in registering can find registration links on the Kilburn Park Medical Centre website or visit the reception for a registration form.

In time the new building will also host a range of local NHS and community services to better support residents’ health needs.
