Would you know what to look for?
One in eight men will get prostate cancer.
If you’re over 50, or you’re black, or your dad or brother had it, you’re at even higher risk.
Prostate cancer is not always life-threatening. But when it is, the earlier you catch it the more likely it is to be cured.
Early prostate cancer doesn’t normally have any signs. If you are at higher risk don’t wait for symptoms you can always talk to your GP.
Possible symptoms of prostate problems include changes in how often you pee or if peeing becomes painful.
If you have these symptoms speak to your GP. These symptoms should not be ignored, but they do not mean you have prostate cancer.
