NHS and GP surgery systems back online

Following our communications over the last few days, we are now pleased to announce that all of the IT systems within North West London are now back online.

The outage and technical issues that affected all practices in Brent, Harrow and Hillingdon, as well as the  Dormers Wells practice in Ealing and Spring Grove practice in Hounslow, have all been resolved.

All residents North West London can use their GP’s online services as normal, and GPs are now able to fully use their clinical facing tools.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank our residents for their patience throughout this difficult few days.

We also want to thank our local GPs and pharmacies for their hard work over the weekend to assist residents in the best way they could, many having to revert to a system of processing paper prescriptions. We also thank the contributions of our IT teams who have assisted with enquiries and worked with external providers to get things up and running as smoothly as possible. We are grateful to all of these teams for their efforts in getting our systems up and running again.

Please note there might be some delays as practices and pharmacists catch-up from a backlog of requests. This might mean prescriptions take slightly longer to be processed than usual.

You should attend their booked appointments as normal unless told otherwise, and contact your GP in the usual way. NHS 111 and other NHS services are available to use as normal.
