Pippa Nightingale MBE, Chief Nurse for North West London Integrated Care System, has been appointed as Chief Executive for London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust.
Pippa has been pivotal in leading the vaccination programme for North West London, as well as providing exceptional clinical leadership across her many nursing roles.
This is an excellent appointment and a great opportunity for Pippa.
On a personal note, I am very grateful for her leadership and support working through one of the most challenging periods for our health service.
I know she will be missed by her colleagues and we wish her every success in her next exciting role.
Pippa will not take up her new position until the new year and further details will be shared once we can confirm.
I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Chris Bown for his remarkable leadership as interim CEO at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust over the
last nineteen months. Chris has been instrumental in our hospitals’ response to the pandemic and provided much needed stability during these challenging times.
