Update on GP services at Acton Town Medical Centre

NHS North West London Integrated Care Board (ICB) has ended the contract with Dr W Moustafa & Dr Murtaza with effect from 24 September 2025. Patients registered at Acton Town Medical Centre, 122 Gunnersbury Lane, London W3 9BA have been written to about what this means for their care.

To ensure continuity of care, NHS North West London has arranged for a local practice to provide services on a temporary basis for an initial period of 3–6 months. From Thursday 25 September 2025, registered patients will continue to have full access to GP services at:

Patients do not need to re‑register. All usual services, including appointments, consultations and repeat prescriptions, will remain available. GPs at Crown Street Surgery will have full access to your medical records.

Crown Street Surgery will provide services while NHS North West London considers options for the long‑term provision of GP services for patients registered at Acton Town Medical Centre.
