From 14 September 2025, services on the Ground Floor Surgery, Lanark Medical Centre, 165 Lanark Road, London, W9 1NZ will end. To ensure continuity of care, NHS North West London Integrated Care Board (ICB) has appointed a caretaker provider for an initial period of 3–6 months. Patients at the practice have been written to, to advise them of this.
From 15 September 2025, registered patients will continue to have full access to GP services at:

Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 6:30 pm
Patients at the practice will not need to re-register. All usual services, including appointments, consultations, and repeat prescriptions, will remain available. GPs at St John’s Wood Medical Centre will have full access to your medical records.
Patients will have the right to choose another GP practice if they wish. A list of local practices is available on the https://www.nhs.uk/service-search/find-a-gp/.
For urgent care outside normal hours, please call NHS 111.
St John’s Wood Medical Centre will provide services while NHS North West London ICB considers long-term options for GP provision.
