Using word of mouth and trusted community organisations are powerful and effective means of informing and building understanding. With this in mind, we are looking to commission a small number of groups/organisations in each in our NW London boroughs (see the boroughs here) to help us with our outreach work during this winter.
We are focussing on three key areas: vaccinations (flu and covid boosters), where to go (GP, 111 online, 111, Pharmacy, UTC, A&E) and self-care (general winter messages stay warm, active, connected). We are wanting to engage and reach with all parts of the community, however we will target particular groups and individuals (e.g. areas of high deprivation where there are often poorer health outcomes and pregnant women).
We are ideally looking to provide £1000-2,000 per organisation. However, we will consider bids up to £5,000 if you are covering multiple areas or groups.
